Engineer was to visit today for installation; just now (9.28 a.m) they called to inform that they are unable to do the installation today as the engineer is ill. If they have informed earlier I could have gone to work. They don't do installation on Saturdays...not co-operative. I lost one day off because of their unprofessional attitude

Great customer service and the product itself is really good. Very low maintenance and has improved the quality of our water. We use less shampoo etc too so saves money too.

I have used TwinTec water Softeners since 1998 and recently upgraded to a new model, which is economical and silent. The installation and service provided was excellent. I would recommend these water softeners to anybody who is serious about having good soft water in the home.

I have had a twin tec water softener for some time. Everything from the initial site visit, installation, advice, equipment functionality to the supply of salt blocks has been excellent. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting a softener water.

So pleased with our TwinTec softener which just gets on with it" in exchange for the odd block or two of salt and saves us no end of cleaning in the bathroom. No more crunchy bits in the bottom of the kettle for us! Definitely wouldn't go back. My parents and one of my husband's work colleagues have since had one installed and are also very pleased."
