The Well Nest
I have been going to Hannah’s yoga classes for over 4 years and they are brilliant.I suffer from osteo arthritis in my knee, but yoga has been fantastic in helping manage my pain and movement. Hannah shows variations to the poses for all levels of ability and mobility, so no one feels left out. I thoroughly recommend these classes.

I've been to men's yoga at The Well Nest - Hannah made it really fun and accessible for different levels and abilities. Definitely recommend it to other guys thinking about giving yoga a try.
