Saying goodbye to Chip was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do but Susan made it that bit more bearable with her patience and compassion. Nothing was rushed, everything was fully explained and Chip passed so peacefully in my arms. I would wholeheartedly recommend Home Vet NI to anyone. The service offered is absolutely first class.

I truly could not be more grateful for everything home vet Ni did for my sweet Bobby, as a Romanian street dog rescue most normal situations were extremely stressful for him so a car ride and vet trip terrified him, instead by sweet sunshine boy passed so peacefully in our garden with the sun on his face, he wasn't stressed even giving out kisses and both he and I were shown so much kindness and compassion. After all he went through as a street dog I can not thank them enough for helping my bobby pass in the only place he's ever got to feel safe and loved x

Lucy came into my life at 18 and for the past 12.5 years grew with me into adulthood. Every obstacle i overcame with Lucy by my side (including many she created). My hardest obstacle to date was making the decision to say goodbye to Lucy.This is where Steph from home vet NI came to my aid. With little to no time at all she managed to organise and help create a calm environment for Lucy surrounded by her loved ones to cross rainbow bridge.The professionalism and empathy this business gives to grieving pet owners is the best. Thanks you Stephanie for making Clive's last moments peaceful for him. From the start Stephanie was so warm and empathetic. Clive hated the vets and got so stressed around other dogs so his last moments being able to be at home on his sofa with his toys was the most relaxing place for him and meant he passed with no stress or anxiety. We miss Clive massively and the house is not the same but Stephanie's warmth and compassion was so greatly appreciated, even afterwards she sent a lovely card and prints of his paws which was so kind of her. I'd really recommend Home Vet NI for making your pets last moments as relaxing and peaceful as it can be.

It has took some time to get round to leave a review. I have loved and lost dogs before, but this one still gets to me a few months on. Home Vet NI were fantastic, very accommodating of you and your beloved pets precious last moments together. We had to use home vet ni to help our beloved Penny pass over and I can only say how wonderful Steph was from our initial phone call to the actual visit on the sad morning she came to help penny. An emotional and upsetting situation was eased by her compassion, understanding and the time and explanation she gave us as a family during her visit really helped us.We felt penny was at ease and her passing was peaceful and we couldn’t have asked for more . During a very sad time, when we had to make the heartrending decision to euthanize our beloved dog, Winnie, Steph was extremely helpful and caring. Hannah came to our house on a Friday evening and explained what would happen, carefully and sensitively. At no stage did we feel rushed or under pressure and our last time spent with our darling Winnie was peaceful and full of love. Hannah took Winnie's body away with her for cremation and 11 days later we received a sensitive phone call from the crematorium to say that her ashes were ready for either collection or to be left with our vet.I would highly recommend using Home Vet NI.

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful, kind and gentle old lady Peggy. Steph came to our house and was greeted by hugs and sniffs of approval from Peggy. Steph explained the whole process, answering our questions and most importantly she took time with Peggy even giving her a bit of the ham we had for her. We were able to say goodbye to Peggy in the most special way, sending her off at home surrounded by love, that was because of Steph.We can’t thank you enough for looking after Peggy in her final moments. We know the most loving thing we could do was help her go. She was such a special girl and she got the best goodbye, so thank you Steph.
