Was very sceptical about sticking a lot of money into Pow Properties. I didn’t really understand what they were trying to achieve. Literally the best thing I have done. I can’t make any money through the banks or though an ISA anymore. Mark made it clear how it works and explained it simply to me. Mark and Martin have been excellent, we invested with them and they paid our investment and interest as agreed. They weren’t pushy at all, we found them to be very professional throughout. I have rented a holiday let from Pow property services and stayed at Torquay Heights while I was purchasing my next home, throughout the winter months.The apartment was very clean and tidy and maintained very well. My wife and I loaned Pow a sum over 8 months which matured recently. It could not have gone better. Both sides kept to their agreed terms and and our initial capital was repaid to us a couple of days ahead of the due date. Would have no hesitation doing business with POW again in the future.

I was a tennent with mark and martin for around 5 years. They are very easy going professional guys with top grade properties which are extremely well maintained and always well decorated. If i had any issues with white goods etc then mark was always on the ball and would replace immediately. I would reccomend these guys 100% if you are looking for a well maintained friendly room in a house share.
