Moto Southwaite M6 Southbound
Usually stop at Gretna but missed the cut off so we stopped in at Southwaite for a short toilet break and bite to eat.Selection of stores/dining options was sufficient however overall cleanliness was poor. It was particularly busy when we stopped in compared with when we where departing which may be the cause however both toilet facilities and seated table area for dining were dirty.

Disgusting gents toilets, most of hand basins out of order, several urinals blocked and overflowing and no soap in working hand basins. The women's toilets weren't much better.

Worst possible position for an electronic toilet flush. Right next to the toilet paper dispenser! I didn’t want a freezing cold douche, thank you. Last time we stop here

Really nice night staff. The lady who worked at Costa Coffee went out of her way to help as did the young lady from WH SMITH. I was the coach driver that strolled in at 5:00am on my way down from Edinburgh

I was brought to the Service station following a breakdown on the M6 last night about 9 pm. I would like someone to recognise the lady in charge of the Costa coffee shop last night (I think called Julie) who was was very kind and supportive and helpful during my long wait. This included reminding me I needed a car parking permit was I had had to wait for so long for the AA technician to arrive. The lady who folowed her after 11 pm was alos very pleasant. Please than thank you as her support was appreciated at a very stressful time.

The toilets were not the cleanest, the one cubicle available was truly disgusting, an animal would not have gone in there.Very small M and S food hall.

Has toilets that's are reasonably clean. Food options burger King and Greg's. There also a Costa whsmiths and mns. Just what you need at a services. BP fuel also on site

Every motorway service station everywhere looks like this. There's actually a decent selection of food vendors, but Greggs was busy and I stupidly went for a Costa coffee regular size, over £4 , shocking price. Toilets surprisingly clean but none of the hand dryers worked.
