Minster Fuels

My Mother, who is elderly and lives in Dorset, wanted to know the price she would pay for the heating oil being delivered by Minster Fuels. The printed slip provided by the driver does not show that detail. That meant she did not know the amount she was to pay. A neighbour (who uses a different supplier) said that she may be paying more than she need. A comparison between Minster Fuels and another company showed a regular variation of at least 6 pence per litre with Minster being the higher price. On a delivery of 735 litres that would be a saving of some 44 pounds. Since a higher price seems constant she has now changed suppliers to one which details the price per litre on the delivery slip. And charges her less for her oil.
