Great dentist! I went back to see Mrs. Sharma this week because I always get dry socket after extraction of a wisdom tooth and after cleaning and gently packing it, it's perfectly fine. She is always polite and explains what she's going to do.

After a recent check up indicated the need to extract a molar I attended yesterday 28th Nov with some trepidation. My fears were unfounded, the dentist was reassuring and explained the procedure plus possible after effects in detail. The extraction was quick and relatively painless and indeed I suffered no pain or swelling for the rest of the day - especially after bingeing ice cream on dentist's advice!I can highly recommend this practice practice.practice.thisithisthssexcellpractice and friendly staffppractice practice

Very worrying!!!!! A worrying practice. I will be potentially gaining 3rd opinion from highly established qualied doctors, higher up, about side effects of teeth extraction on already sick patients. Such illness should not deam patients that they lack capacity to say no to further surgery of tooth extractions.

Absolutely stunned by the appalling emergency service I received, I'd never been to this dentist before and everything seemed fine until I got into the chair . I was in alot of pain and after explaining to the dentist that I had a filling that had fallen out and become painful the dentist began to inject my gums to which I was left very painful and my gum swelled up like a golf ball , I got told I was lying when I said I could still feel the pain and was rudely shouted at , the dentist attempted to extract my tooth but I was leeping about 10 ft in the air , I was yelled at for not being able to open my mouth wide enough , the dentist then decided to give me more injections which only hurt even more, she then continued to pull about inside my mouth and told to raise my left hand if I'm in pain , lol , oh wait it gets better , she then switched to route canal then gave me a temporary filling , I was then left feeling very anxious and in more pain than I started with .I was given an appointment to return a week later for an extraction with a course of antibiotics however I received a phone call a few days later to cancel my appointment. I'm left feeling very angry and now trying to find alternative treatment to finally get my tooth removed.

Came as an emergency and was treated promptly and respectfully. Mrs Sharma was good as gold and sorted the emergency out, then fixed a few other teeth that needed doing. I’m a nervous patient so she and her lovely nurse were reassuring and surpisingly quick. 10/10 from a dentist phobe like me. Cracking team.

I had raging tooth ache. Saw the Dentist and assistant at Copperhouse. They were friendly, compassionate and sorted out my dental problems. The dentist explained everything to me. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me.

Having previously seen Dominic I was delighted to find I was still on the practice books. I was seen the Amerian dentist, but it is without doubt it is the worst experience of my life. Her patient care is appalling, loud and rushed. She mutters away but doesn't tell you what she's doing and insisted on forcing her hands into my mouth when there wasn't room. She told me to raise my left hand if there was a problem but when water gathered in my throat to the extent i couldnt breathe she ignored me. Mid treatment and without consultation she chose to change the root canal to a different tooth and using all 8 fingers tried to force a sheet of latex into the back of my mouth without warning or explanation. She ignored my shouts of pain as she almost split the sides of my mouth. By then I was I was visably weeping and trying to comunicate to her to stop but she ignored me untill I had to physically pull her hands out of my mouth and shout. As I remained lying back in the chair she began shouting at me so loud I think the waiting room could hear her. She was unapologetic and blamed me for bleeding like crazy". I was so distressed I stopped any further treatment from her. Telling her she was rough and really hurting me didn't phase her at all. With my teeth drilled open I left the dental chair and stood in the corridor shaking and crying. It felt like I had been physically assaulted. Neither her or the nurse came out to check I was OK.I could see through the hatch into Mrs Sharmas surgery and that the chair was empty so I walked straight in because I didnt want the humiliation of explaining it to reception in the state i was in. I was so distressed I struggled to make myself understood to Mrs Sharma for several minutes. She put a temporary filling in for me and i left.As an ex dental nurse I know what good practice looks like and that it can vary from dentist to dentist but this woman should not be practising dentistry snd I emplore anyone with children not to take them to her

Just had work done to repair a filling 29/11/22 at 3.30pm the dentist was rude and so was the dental assistant, they were more interested in complaining about the equipment and job than the duty of care. The assistant whom I believe was called jess, literal tried to choke my airways several times with the suction tube to the point of a piece of debris was nearly swallowed. water from the suction was also dripping all over my head. The assistant needs to be sacked to be honest and the dentist retrained in how to act with patients. This was my 4th time at the dental practise the last 3 have been fine and dentists I had at the time were great.I'm not very good with dentists as there is a lot anxiety in my head about dental work and most of my experiences have been fine but this is the absolute worst!I informed the receptionist about what happen, and she was very empathetic and understanding. But sort it out!

Such a fantastic experience and feel very lucky to have visited today. Friendly and professional at reception, the X-rays were quick and easy, the tooth extraction was efficient informative and calm. Mrs Sharma and Dental Nurse make a superb team and I am sincerely thankful to both to have the pain resolved. Having such good dental care is something we are blessed to receive in UK. Thankyou
