Bit of a delay in writing this review. Apologies. Bought a Honda VT1100 from Highbarn Motorcycles. Found the whole transaction from start to finish extremely professional and would like to thank everyone involved at Highbarn. Would highly recommend. Had a slight issue with the bike on the 1st week, there were no problems on their side, took the bike away, fixed the issue and returned it. Was a pleasure doing business. Bike running absolutely perfect since. Thank you so much.

I brought a Street Triple from here 26/04/2019 and traded in my old bike. In all I feel I have been treated fairly and well. I found the whole experience seamless. Both members of staff were accommodating and helpful. Mr. Shaw took care of everything for me. It was nice to get a call too to ask if everything was alright and how I’d enjoyed the ride home.Before I went to the shop, I did my research and read the reviews on here. Frankly I ignored the reviews from people who expect to rock up and jump on expensive bikes they don’t own. Their bikes are priced well. I also checked before I set off that the bike had not already been sold. I’d recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding. Ian and Steven dealt with me in such a friendly way, I couldn’t wait to get the bike. I bought the Triumph Tiger 1200 blind as I’m in the North East. The guys told me the bike was a star and it arrived via transport they arranged for me and it is an absolute stunner. First ride today and I’m over the moon. Thank you guys and very best wishes for the future.If you’re looking for a bike, these guys are the best I have ever dealt with.

Very very pleased with my first class machine and service given. The communication was excellent and honest. As I live at the other end of the country the good photos were so important. I also have to commend the delivery company, Move Motorcycles, for their prompt, reasonable delivery charge and care taken. It was a distance sale with a good price and I highly recommend the team. I've just purchased my first bike from Steve at Highbarn. With regard to the other review on here that stated he isn't true to his word, I'd like to counter it with my own experience...I went in to see the bike, which I'll add was at a great price as it's nearly new, 500 miles in, but I didn't leave a deposit. The day after I called around 5pm to say I interested and was probably going to call the morning after to sort deposit payment. When I called in the morning the phone rang and rang but no answer, I then discovered why via their Facebook page, a local building firm had cut through the phone line leaving Steve with no incoming calls. I got him on his mobile later on and despite another interested buyer visiting the shop that afternoon, he held the bike for me on my word. I'll definitely visit Highbarn again when it's time to upgrade and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for good honest customer service.

Ian and Steve of highbarn eased me through the process of buying a new bike. From start to finish their attitude was spot on friendly and very helpful. My new bike an aprilia tuono was waiting for me in the show room serviced mot'd and ready to go.5 star guys with the attitude to match and a shop full of lovely bikes

It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Highbarn. From start to finish, they've offered fantastic service and communication. Being one of my first big motorcycle purchases it was important to find a dealership I could trust. It's very clear from just looking at their selection of used bikes they take pride in what they do.
