The guy over charged me for 4 pack of beers, charged me 7 quid for a 4 pound pack of beer. Looked at my receipt went back and asked if I could a refund and get another beer because he insisted the price was just wrong on the beer. Wouldn’t let me resolve it got absolutely scammed

the only reason I go there is the location however the staff is ALWAYS in bad mood, never say Hello or Thanks which should be included on the service.. to compare with the one in Patchway is totally different, really nicer than here by far!!! I never comment on google but those guys should treat the people as customers not as lambs. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS. I have asked few thing about the app or the club card and the answer was eh.. don´t know. -silence- OMG guys!!!

Station appears quite old and tatty from exterior. Fuel availability was OK, I don't normally use this station but the one I tried to use was out of V-Power. When entering the shop to pay, the attendant was talking loudly with another college in mixed Bristolian and a European language I didn't recognise. I could barely work out when she was talking to me or not and when she did I didn't really understand what she was saying! Luckily I'm a pro at the pay for my fuel and leave thing so I just simple and left. This is the worst service from a fuel station I've ever experienced.

Let’s talk less about the petrol which everyone seems to be talking about. Let’s talk doughnuts! Dunkin Doughnuts to be precise. They sell them and they are fantastic. Make an effort to go here and buy them, I love them

09/06/2021 it was was after midnight and the man was ridiculously rude to the customer in front of me! The man in-front could only pay in small change as he didn’t have any more money.I went to pay for my own item and this other man’s stuff and the man behind the till just stared at us so I asked if he ok??? No reply, vacant and utterly despicable to me and other customers. Boycott this petrol station!!

Unnecessarily rude and unhelpful staff. I told them the cash machine outside wasn't working, and they replied that they knew but weren't bothered to put a sign on the cash machine to let anyone else know. I lost £30 and had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with the cash machine company and my bank, which could have been easily avoided.

It was the local station I always used. It was the place where I did my fuel and shopping. Today, I bought three hot drinks along with the fuel. When I came to pay, the employee there was a brunette woman, I asked her for a mobile tray, she said there was no one and she did not help. I told him I couldn't take it with me, he didn't help, and while I was opening the door to leave, one of my hands fell off. When I told him, he said it was your fault and I won't go there again because I used to go there two or three times a week and do my shopping. I won't go there again because that woman's behavior and service were very bad.

Just now I bought£ 30.40 fuel and he tried to charge me £1.75 more then that the person behind the counter told me this is the receipt and I filled up for £32.15 .When I dhow him the photo of the clock of the meter he also denied and I checked the receipt where he add a lighter with my receipt which I never bought.He then give me my £1.75 back but with some dirty 0.10p I asked him to change them and he replied you can take them or leave them, do I left the £0.20 for him.Shame on you.

Extremely rude member of staff- we waited patiently for him to do a change count, he then proceeded to rush us and was very moody with us when we were being served.
