We went to willenhall windows shop to get some information about changing our front door to a new more modern composite one. Their initial service was spot on, very polite and happy to help. The issue arose when it came to getting phone calls back with trying to book them in for the job, in the end we were chasing abit to try get them in, with no return calls / emails. This may have just been our experience but in the end we had to go else where simply because we could not get a return call to ger hold of them lol, but initially they were great and if that continues throughout the process i have no doubt the work they do will match

Terrible windows only had door for 12 months and needed a new panel now 20 months old need new door.windows are draughty round openers recieved with faulty hinges and window locks.daylight can be seen through bedroom opening seal because of bent window now kitchen the same.did agree to rectify faults so we will see what end result will be. Biggest regret I made pay a bit extra for better windowsUpdate have come out to rectify faults done all but door at the moment. Have been good to sort problems even coming at night to fix faults will give 5 stars for after sales service but 1 for window quality so 3 stars from me

This is our second experience with this company and they have yet to let us down. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Prompt service was called back same day. Someone came round next day to measure and give us a quote which was a great price. Will definitely be using them again.
