Sandwiches were ordered for collection. When we went to collect they were not available. The staff were very helpful and promised they would be available the following day. As promised, the sandwiches (boxed) were brought out. No charge was made , as a way of apology and we were credited the original charge. Well done Sainsbury's for excellent customer service and making good our dilemma.

Easy access. This store has a huge car park with disabled bays next to the entrance. A large moving walk way takes you from the car park to the store. The cafe serves tasty food at reasonable prices. I had a toasted teacake and my husband had a cream tea. The toilets are clean. There is a up to 50% off toy sale on at the moment. I bought twin baby dolls and Lego at half price total for both £33.33. We will call again.

A real one stop shop with a reasonable home section, clothing section and of course lots of food choice.There is also an Argos on site so plenty for everyone.Staff have always been friendly and helpful when trying to find items.

Nice big store with lots to buy plenty of stock and variety, even though the car park was quite full , due to the size of the store there was plenty of room to social distance , there is a good range of products and services , the prices are comparable to the other big supermarkets but in some cases they have a greater choice. Will definitely be going back regularly

I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at Sainsbury's. The store layout was well-organised, making it easy to navigate, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was impressed by the freshness and variety of the produce, and the aisles were stocked with a wide range of products. The checkout process was quick, and the cashier was efficient and courteous. Overall, Sainsbury's provided a pleasant and convenient shopping environment, and I'll definitely be returning for my grocery needs.

Good for parking.Has TU clothing and a good selection of homeware.Love the world food section and even has a lindt chocolate display stand.Scan and Shop is easy to use and much quicker to checkout, for those in a rush.@steelcityhunger - insta
