I have owned a Sureweld MIG for some 20 years. It was bought 2nd hand and it has been a marvellous machine outperforming many of its more expensive competitors. Recently I had a problem with the Solenoid and Nick, one of the Sureweld engineers, gave me first class advice. He diagnosed the problem (small physical obstruction in the Solenoid valve) over the phone, told me how to fix it, and told me to call back if I still had difficulty. MIG is now working fine.
