Disappointing service, had gone in to top up the nitrogen in the tyres however was told no one available to do it as they were 1 man short, asked to check if the other branch could help but was refused saying they did not have the time to make a call. Very disappointing service will not use this branch ever again. Unprofessional staff could not be bothered.

ATS Euromaster Cheney Manor branch damaged my AC system last year after after using them for AC refill, went back to them immediately after and was told I need to go find a specialist to repair, and today a year after, called into ATS Euromaster Stratton branch to ask advice for a recommended specialist and the customer service assistant was so rude and unprofessional, not even stopping what he was doing while speaking with me, nor look at me throughout the conversation. ATS used to be good, but I would not recommend now. Damaging things in cars and washing hands of it, pointing you to specialist, and been very rude and unprofessional too in the process. Management, sort your company out

First time using this garage and definitely not the last!! Very impressed by the service and work carried out staff here were amazing! They let me even have a look under car so they could explain the problem properly and fixed it very quickly! I was very happy when walking away would Highley recommend!!!!

AC needed a refill, the garage dealt with it quickly although they were busy and for a very good price. Very happy with their service, would recommend.

The service that I received from ATS Euromaster Swindon today was truly above and beyond. It was one of those moments of that showed how being thoughtful, conscientious and kind can make all the difference for the customer.The manager signposted me to another garage that had stock, checked that they were able to accommodate me and then problem solved the situation when he identified that I had not been accommodated.As I was on the side of the road with a puncture on the back of a recovery vehicle, his intervention and support was significant.The manager was supported by his team, who were all friendly and helpful.Massive thank you to this team who saved the day!This is now the 3rd time that I have used this garage and the a proving to be a consistently friendly, helpful and trustworthy.Highly recommended…

Friendly and helpful and made sure extra work and retest was done on the day so my car was ready for the road again. Just remember to check which location it is first - there are two in Swindon!
