Very nice bus station. Their Rules and regulations are also very good. All the staffs are friendly and helpful . They always wear their uniform so it is helpful to get assistance easily. They maintain tight time schedule so it’s very suitable for those people who are in hurry. In the station they have plenty of shops and sitting area for he passengers which is helpful for the passengers to take rest if any schedule make delay. Anyone can get updated and actual information from their information booth. They follow covid-19 rules strictly. Everywhere I found safety stickers and hand sanitizers.

Overall it's not bad, well-located. Toilets cost 30p while on other bus station they are free. Staff is rude especially on the information desk. You can buy tickets only using machines (you can't ask a person) and only one machine works for cash all the time.

The station has a very good information desk during the day. Adequately staffed giving helpful advice and information. However this service is not available during the night. As with all food franchise s in stations, this is no exception to very expensive items and limited seating areas as busy times. The coach bays are clearly signposted and easy to access. The tannoy system is very muffled and may cause problems such as stress, panic and anxiety for the hearing impairedUnfortunately the toilets are very filthy, with inadequate supplies and are charging at 30p a visit. The disabled toilet is free and accessible with a key but again very filthy and inadequate. The baby changing facility is exactly the same.

The guys at the reception, only one was helpful and too bad I didn’t get his name. When I asked to amend my coach ticket, the other told me there’s no space on the coach. So don’t you pay for amendable ticket cause it’s a waste, the chairs are always fully booked, you can’t change it and that’s more money for them. There was a customer and a woman who look like a manager, the way she disrespected the man was bad. I mean the security guard was more helpful to the man than the woman there, she was not even listening to him.

If you find yourself here it is probably because National Express have kicked you off the coach at 3 in the morning for a driver change because every other operator can manage crew reliefs just fine except National Express who can't.

First and foremost let me preface this poor rating by stating National Express have, in my experience, always been first class in helping with enquiries and boarding passengers. However, there are two reasons for the poor review.Firstly is the poor standard of the toilets which you’re expected to pay 30p for the privilege of peeing in. The gents in particular feel dated, dirty and unhygienic.Secondly, the prices in the retail outlet are a disgrace. North of £2.20 for a small bottle of water. Silly amounts for sarnies and crisps. The poor condition of the toilets and the overly expensive shops are daft.Save yourself a fortune and have a pint in The Anchor next door or get your bus snacks from the newsagent around the corner.
