Can't rate Ross and his team highly enough. Responsive throughout the engagement, arrived on time, and all work (gas, eicr, pat, EPC, legionella) required for my landlord certs was carried out within the hour. Remedial work scheduled in for the following week for any changes required. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and professional team.

Extremely happy with the servies from Ross and his team. I filled in the form on his website and he called me back the same day. He talked me through which services I actually needed (I thought I needed an EPC but he pointed out that as I had purchased the flat within the last 5 years that the EPC in the home report would do fine - so this saved me some money that he definitely could have charged me!). We booked a time that suited me and they arrived promptly and were very efficient. They were super friendly and helpful at all times and the price was great. I will definitely be using their services again and can highly recommend them to anyone!

honestly and respect towards Ross’s clients is his highlight. Acting in the interest of his client and looking for best solution to solve a problem in a cost effective fashion was something I could not find in other places. Perfect execution, communication, on time.The best service in Edinburgh, highly recommended.I will come back to Ross even with a higher prices tags, this is how you earn clients - Other contractors should learn from Ross.
