It's such an adorable and humble spot! It was my first visit to a zero waste store but everything was neatly arranged and instructions are provided. They also provide a freebie basket with jars and bottles for anyone to take, as well as larger ones for a reasonable price. The place really motivates you to reduce waste in a gentle but straightforward manner. I would recommended this place and visit them again :)

Excellent shop, welcoming layout and massive range of food and non food products. Lovely owner and staff. Well worth a visit if nearby, plenty of things worth buying and all helping people do their bit for the environment.

It’s a lovely idea to have a completely plastic free shop in Westbourne, but the owner can be quite rude/stand offish to her customers. Don’t expect to be welcomed in, or helped out or have a conversation, it won’t be offered to you. I was once even talking to another staff member about something for her to interrupt me talking to speak to her about something else. Lovely shop but the service brings it down.

Great produce and a lovely friendly owner and staff. Reasonable prices and a good selection of organic food, and spices, household goods including fill your own bottles of cleaning products, shampoo, body wash etc. A pleasure to shop in and you can leave feeling good about your contribution to a healthier and cleaner environment.

A small but well stocked zero waste shop. Good selection of goods to fill your own containers and a variety of quality glass containers to purchase. Friendly helpful staff.

Popped into today on a deadline. Stuart was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They helped me find what I wanted and even bagged up my item for me. When the contactless didn't work and I couldn't remember my pin, they weren't at all judgemental; they were really patient with me. Fantastic customer service and a genuine human being. I highly recommend popping in for a browse.

Amazing store with very helpful staff. Don’t be afraid to go in and ask about how it works or ask for help filling something. We’ve replaced half the things we buy on a regular basis with things from here. It’s certainly not cheap for a lot of things but if you want to avoid all the plastic, this is where to go. I’d feel really weird now buying new plastic bottles of things every week now when I can just screw the top off and refill it.

Brilliant shop, very friendly and always offering to help. They have a great range of food and household cleaning and utilities.I go back every week for their ethically sourced milk, snacks, essential food items such as flours and oils, plus their personal hygiene range.
