ContinuedI understand it’s always 50:50 with these circumstances, I am just saying had I been better prepared , by the solicitor and by the consumer rights people, we could of had the outcome in my favour, as the evidence was there, but the lack of preparation given to me meant I failed the cross examinationIf consumer rights limited write to you saying you have a claim possible , I would personally take that claim to a more efficient and better run company and see if they can help youI just want to note also that consumer rights limited did not make me aware of when the court case got cancelled back earlier In the year, I actually turned up to court and waited in the court house for my representative, that never came. I had to call consumer rights to find out why no one is here and they told me the date had been moved, they hadn’t even attempted to contact me about it.
