Horrible service, stay awayMy reply:It's nice to write that service is a priority when in reality you haven't replied to my last email.I have been emailing you for the last two months, but I can repeat it here again: I ordered shoes from you that did not fit me. I notified you I wish to return them, you didn't give any instructions or a return slip so I sent it the only possible way with the receipt on my expenses. When the package got held in customs, you refused to release it and didn't answer my emails. Now, the shoes are on the way back to me. The whole experience left me frustrated and with shoes that don't fit me and I have no way to return.

Customer service for online orders leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered an item on 9/29 and after a week had received no communication about the shipping status of my item. After sending an email and a few messages on Facebook, they quickly had a shipping label generated and a tracking number sent to me. That was on 10/10. As of today (10/12), all that's been done is the generation of a shipping label. I don't know if they're waiting for the courier to come and get the item, if the courier is waiting for them to deposit the item, or schedule a time for them to come get it. They've basically failed at every stage of communication. I understand if you don't have the manpower to ship items within 24 or 48 hours, but if you're running a business, at least be professional and communicate with your customers. Let them know what you think the timeline might be and if you're expecting any delays. How are you going to retain business if you can't meet the baseline of customer service?

Just had a wonderful Black Friday experience here. Many of my fav emerging designers are selected here, so cool to finally got my Collina Strada piece here, when before i wondered where to buy them in london!! the customer service are so fast and so nice as well. Also introduced LABOUTIK to my frds already, would deffo come back <33

Please do not shop here! The manager is racist and criminal. He chooses to employ Chinese students who he feels he can easily manipulate and abuse their workers rights. My partner used to work as a sales assistant at this store and they experienced first-hand that he does not provide the staff with contracts despite promising to, and does not pay the staff for months. My partner waited 3 months to get paid and one employee had not been payed for more than 6 months because the manager was continually making excuses for not paying them and blaming the staff for not making enough sales.

i order from LaBoutik site in 29/10 and receive a trekking number via DPD in 2 days by now unfortunately the trekking number that is provided is not working and Laboutik did not provided me item to the shipping company at all i send more than 10 mail every day now to there customer team that is provided in the site and there is now communication or any responding from them at all as i dig into this i realised that im not the only one that get this service from LaBoutik . as a customer i do not we you are offend your name and give you customers this service ? by now is the date 18/12 i did not receive me order or me refund back . after looking in depth me item was ship back to laboutik by DPD uk and i trying to contact them to receive me money back they refuse to answer via mail and the do not answer in the phone number that is listed on their site as well ! you do not answer your customers and act disrespectfully and unprofessionally charge customers there money and not provided there items or there many ! and let your customers to suffer. this was me birthday present from me wife in this holiday. with now regard to your customers who bought from your site and did not receiving their orders or there refund back ! we do you do that to your customers ?? i posts hire today that you wont hurt others anymore ! as well me case is on all the relevant parties in the uk in front of laboutik by the low . you will not receive payment from your customers and not deliver the products or refund them almost a month now we do you continue to hurt your customers in such a way ? and not refund them ?
