We had a great experience with Phil as he helped us to replace our gas fire. He gave very clear and timely communication at all times and great advice about what would work best in terms of hearth, surround and stove., he even managed to arrange for an earlier than expected installation. The end result looks great and is now the focal point of the room (as well as keeping us toasty warm). Every one of the guys involved in the work were polite and helpful and the dust/mess was kept to a minimum. The small issues encountered during the process were clearly explained and swiftly dealt with. Just great.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Phil at MyStove.Helpful, well-informed and pleasant to deal with. MyStove did a great job; removing an old gas fire, opening up the fireplace, lining the chimney, installing a new surround and log burner.Very happy with the end result, and would definitely recommend using this company if you are considering similar work.

Phil provided guidance and support consistently from start to finish. We were supported through the consultation and design until we were happy with the plans. Communication was consistent, with Phil providing advice and reassurance throughout. Phil and Wayne arrived ready to complete the job which was done faultlessly and super efficiently, my lounge was left spotless, and they even washed their cups. Could not recommend more, first class at every stage.

MyStove have both supplied and fitted wood fired heaters for me. Phil is very respectful and you know your in good hands. He even gave me a large bag of wood free of any charge. Thank you so much for such a great job.

Phil is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to provide numerous options so that we could choose something to fit out timescale, budget and needs. We're thrilled with our new log burner, which can be run very efficiently and has made an enormous difference to the temperature of our home. Thank you Phil!

Phil’s passion and professionalism are second to none. It was a complicated and multi layered job that one local professional had already turned down because it was “too much of a pain”. Not for Phil. He project managed the whole thing, removal of the horrible old eighties hearth and the installation of a new hearth and beautiful stove. I can’t recommend him enough.
