My first dealings with this company! Not positive! No help whatsoever! All I got was “not my department “ If I had a choice I would change water company! My last water company £11 per month for water and sewage! They want me to pay £30 a month just for water! I have to pay another company for sewage! So annoyed! My water meter is under water right now!

Contacted Affinity about a mains stop tap not closing. Telephone assistance was excellent, attendance was timely and follow-up repair was carried out within a week. Cannot fault the service I received. Keep it up!

Extremely UnprofessionalThe idea of privatisation was to improve efficiency and give customers a choice. The staff at this company are useless, unhelpful and inefficient. Prices keep going up and so are the managers' bonuses. We have no choice but to give them our money.

Affinity Water
Affinity water are currently renewing the mains pipes in Capel le Ferne. Last week the men started to dig up the path right outside my drive. My car was in the drive and nobody bothered to ascertain whether or not I wished to take my car out. I telephoned the help line to complain and spoke to the men concerned, explaining that it was common courtesy as well as common sense to check with home owners. The next time they wanted to dig up the path, they did knock on the door, but I think that was purely because my gardeners truck was also on the drive. Today they have just opened up the hole again when my car was clearly visible on the drive, yet again no-one bothered to ask me if I wanted to take my car out Affinity Water need to train their staff better. After the water was declared safe I was given a card asking me to contact Affinity to help improve the service. The website appears unobtainable and from the main website there is no option to contact us. Poor show Affinity

Affinity always find ways to lower my bill by keeping themselves up to date with our meter readings and are always so keen to answer any questions I have! Massive Thank you to Michelle from Folkestone Office for her incredible help in understanding my account and how the bill was lowered and the refund I had been given for my water usage!! Couldn't be happier with her service!
