Possibly the worst cafe I've visited. Asked for extra tea bag £1.80 EACH... Had to go back for milk they forgot. No serviettes.....lift out of action paid for trolly..had to return it as couldnt get it upstairs. Miserable poker faced staff. No signage stating lift out of order. 1 staff serving ....had to queue..Breakfast ...... pretty expensive....cheap sausages very anaemic.Cheese selection baguette....bread okay....but they forgot the cheese....massively frugal.1.5/10. Would I come back ? Absolutely not. Bad value for money. Not enough staff. Food almost passable.

Horrendous.. The frozen food was stuck in the aisle waiting to be put in freezer and when I picked it up it was defrosted.The freezers and fridges were leaking and dripping in my head.Toilets I've seen better in a night club, with pee all over the floor and no loo roll.Service... Well what service.Only one lady was lovely and that's cause eventually I walked out and left the lit..I'm only giving it a one cause there isn't a no dtsr..Won't be back

I went late night (close to 11pm) looking for a specific Paperchase diary that Tesco twitter said they had in stock. However, the shelf was empty. Two incredibly lovely night staff ladies helped to find the diary in the stockroom for me, which would’ve been very difficult for them considering all the Christmas stock deliveries they needed to sort through. Fantastic service, very very happy!

We Called in to buy 75 tubs of Chocs for our Annual skittle Veterans night but they refused us the 75. They said we could take 20 but mixed and go back in for another mixed 20 and that was it, or go back a few hours later (so whats the frigging difference TESCO jokers??) Its not like they were just for us, lots of pensioners we going to get a tub each for Christmas!Shame on Tesco. I won't be going back there again, they can go get Stuffed, like our Christmas Turkey purchased from Morrisons.Total Jokers !

Pharmacy very poor service.Don't go there if you need your prescription dispensed, it will take forever to be fulfilled and you might not get all your items so you will have to call back several times.Don't ask for head office customer service complaints number you will be given the wrong number by the duty manager.

It is big shopping mall and plenty things to buy for food and other stuff. It has nice cafe area upstairs it does breakfast and nice lunch meals.The staff are really nice and specially my girlfriend enjoys her job working in Tesco over 5 years.
