Connor, in the Malvern store is absolutely brilliant. Nothing, I mean nothing, is too much trouble for him ... even when it is ME who has messed up! He always has time for you, discusses what your options are and is unfailingly cheerful. I go out of my way to go to him rather than nearer stores.
