I'm buying a house and the mortgage company wanted a drain survey. I found CDC to be quite difficult and unhelpful to deal with. I constantly had to chase them for communication and they did not follow up with me as promised. They also had the cheek to bill me £60 for turning up and refusing to do the survey.In the end I gave up and used Drains First of Horsforth. What a difference! Drains First were helpful and communicative and provided excellent service.

The engineer was onsite within an hour. Very professional, smart and friendly. They clearly knew what they were doing and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Then they also waited around to ensure the drain was properly unblocked, without going over the hour I paid for. And also gave some good advice on how to avoid it happening again. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Professional, Fast, Effective, and Friendly.

I had CDC Draincare out to unblock my drain Yesterday, they Sent a Lovely guy called Nathaniel who came promptly, he was unable to locate the blockage at first but reassured me he would stay until he located it (which took him about 5 minutes) he cleared the blockage and cleaned up after himself you would never know he had been, very happy with the service and I highly recommend CDC Draincare!

Quick service - it took not more than 10mins to unblock the drain. This would have been 5 stars except for the fact that it cost £102! When I booked I was told it was £95 per hour+VAT. What I wasn’t told at the outset was that this would be charged regardless of how long it took. So for anybody using these guys in the future beware! I am sure there are others out there that are more transparent.

Great experience. Paul and Rob attended and unblocked our drain after an abomination of a plumber managed to put the contents of an entire wheelie bin down there causing the drain to back up. Clear and transparent pricing too.

CDC Draincare came and cleared out a drain on our victorian property so obviously there was over 100 years of debris in the pipe, anyway they did a fab job, they were super efficient, I called in the morning and they came that afternoon (it wasn't blocked, just a cleaning job) and were very competitively priced, very pleased would highly recommend!!
