Customers appreciate honesty!!! I call up after half an hour to just ask if they can let the driver know to call first and they say the driver has already left. I call up 40 minutes later then the guy says the driver will be leaving in 10 minutes so I say u told me 40 minutes ago he has already left! He corrects himself and says oh no the driver left 10 minutes ago. 30 minutes later my food arrives the driver doesn't call doesn't say a word to me hands me my food and walks away. Chips were hard and not very warm chicken was flavourless. Wouldn't recommend as all u will get it tasteless food and lies.

Brilliant fast food shop. Burgers are lovely. Milkshake star of the show. Waiting times are long but it's a very popular shop so understandable.

Biggest scum bags on earth for the food they giving... the fries are dead, the seekh kebab wrap was chicken and not lamb and the donner wrap was not lamb donner.. ontop of that my wifes burger was burnt... no good.. dead food wouldnt recommend it to any1 unless u have enemies then recommend it to them...

Disappointed, lost a customer today. Will never be ordering from shake and grill again, food has always come late every time I have ordered, and the food was uncooked today and could see the chicken blood from being uncooked, has put me off from ordering from here, stale and cold food, will be going through Uber eats for a refund.

Awful. Ordered food for delivery but food never arrived. Struggled to get through to the restaurant when we called. Eventually got through and the food arrived nearly 2 hours after we ordered it. Food arrived cold and the chicken was disgusting

Wanted to try out a different place to my locals. So tried these guys out after having a flyer delivered today. Nice, polite service people on the phone, prompt answer. Said it would arrive in an hour. Arrived 1.5hrs after order. Considering we live a 12min drive from the place so that was ok. Food was average and milkshakes terrible. I like my milkshakes and found these to be bland. Ordered kinder brueno, banana and oreo mint, just cream and a chocolate blended in. Sorry, but I won’t be ordering again.

The food was awful the chicken was barely cooked nicely and the Shish wrap was also a disappointment the kebabs were burnt on the edges and not at all nice very rubbery .

Zero stars....absolutely awful food, the fried chicken was burnt and dry, the burger was burnt at the edges, the shish wrap was chicken not lamb shish, the mixed kebab wrap was pointless. One of the worst takeaways yet! Inedible food had to throw away!
