This is the WORST WINDSCREEN COMPANY EVER. They 'forget to order the windows,' NEVER FOLLOW UP, NEVER CALL BACK, despite dozens of assurances that they will. So far I have been waiting 11 days for a replacement window for my car and I am still no closer to an appointment. Avoid them at all costs!

Repeated errors made by National Windscreens in providing the correct replacement window for my vehicle. Despite providing all the necessary details regarding my car, the technician arrived at my place, removed the door, only to realise that the window provided was for the opposite side! Regrettably, the same unfortunate incident occurred again on my next appointment, where the wrong window was delivered after scheduling the appointment without properly verifying the compatibility. This mistake, which could have been easily avoided with a simple verification process, caused further inconvenience and frustration.This oversight not only reflects a lack of attention to detail but also displays an unprofessional approach to customer service.

I would STRONGLY advise going elsewhere if you need your windscreen replacing. This branch is a disorganised mess, with staff openly admitting they’re rushing work through and aren’t taking breaks. If you go here, expect a mess and then the joy of going through their customer relations to try and fix it.

The experience from national windscreens goes from bad to worse.After having to chase to make my own appointment, my windscreen replaced at the Watford branch, my front camera was left unusable as they could not calibrate it. I was told I would be contacted to book in for my car to go to a dealer ship for the repair to be carried out ( no one contacted me)After raising a complaint, due to not being contacted for over a week and having made NUMEROUS attempts to contact national windscreens to make an appointment, I was told their software had been updated and to take my car back for it to be calibrated. After taking an additional day off work to return they were still unable to repair my windscreen.I was then advised I would be contacted again for another windscreen replacement, which if was unsuccessful I would be referred to a dealer ship(I had been told this would be the first port of call but here we are) This was on the 3rd of may, considering this ordeal started on the 27th April, shock horror I still haven't been contacted and cannot make contact with the branch.I have been emailed to be advised that this has been raised to the regional manager, however clearly this is of no importance as I still have had no communication.1 month down the line all I have to show is 2 missed days off work and a faulty windscreen. I have never received such bad customer service.

I booked a repair through my insurance company, it was really easy to do via the online portal. Dropped car off around 12 and went to a local cafe for a couple of hours. staff were very friendly and professional. No issues.Card machine wasn't working so had to call a number to pay which was straight forward.

Excelent service from start to finsih, the only delay was my insurance company approving the work but by the time I got there it was sorted, I left the keys, wandered off for a coffee and came back 45 minutes later and it was all done. Very efficient and happy to have a side window in my Tesla again!
