After reporting a theft which I reported with northumbria police which I must say were excellent help it was then handed to cleveland police due to the area I was left feeling very let down with next to no contact or update, northumbria police keep up the good work, cleveland police yoy definately have to improve your services.

Followed Dom from a previous shop, and as he was before, he is a credit to the business! I wouldn't use anyone else and his professionalism, attitude and quality of service are second to none.

Staff were very professional(though could smile more.)Room service was available upon my visit.Can't say whether gluten free is catered for.Food very basic,silverware not offered,Medical services always busy but they try their best I suppose.Accomodation VERY basic and maids had not cleaned room.Bedclothes had to be asked for.View ??non-existent.Location excellent..Easy access from A66.Business uniforms looked very bulky and a little unflattering..Maybe add a little LESS Black?Changing dayglo yellow to pink would be my suggestion.Free transport to location but none offered upon checkout.Would recommend 'booking' before visiting.(Seriously..Good work guys.Not an easy job.)

Had an outstanding six hour visit in the ensuite accommodation on offer today by Cleveland police. Wonderful service received including chauffeur driven transportation, like a Rock star, from my work premises to the cells.Reception staff were wonderfully polite and professional including taking samples of DNA, fingerprints and photos in case I would like to return for another visit in the future.I was offered only one choice from the a LA carte menu but it was beautifully Luke warm and came in its own special plastic container with plastic cutlery.The purpose of my visit was to be interviewed and provide a vocal recording which was conducted in their state of the art recording studio and was extremely professional throughout.I will make remixed master copies available to download on iTunes once they are back from being edited.I would thoroughly recommend the staff and service despite having six hours of nothing to do for no real reason.

Was unlawfully arrested by DC Nikki Mellor for nothing in October 2008. They searched my house without a warrant, but never found anything incriminating on me. I Was then treated appallingly, and left in a cell for 5 hours with no food or drink, despite me suffering from mental health problems. I was released on bail and was left sweating for 2 weeks, until it was cancelled.Then 2 years later I applied for care work and on the Enhanced Disclosure, Cleveland Police had the tenacity to disclose to the potential employer about my arrest in 2008, even though I have never been charged with a crime, not have I ever received a final warning, a reprimand or a caution. As a result I never got the job.I wrote to Cleveland Police to complain about this and all they said was: information accurate and up to date, disclosure stands. I wrote to them in 2013 to get my fingerprints and DNA removed and they refused. All they said was: your fingerprints and DNA will be retained, even though I have never been charged with a crime.It's no wonder Cleveland Police are in special measures and are the worse Police Force in the UK. All of their officers are corrupt and incompetent. They are useless and I would never trust them even if my life depended on it! They frankly deserve no stars! Avoid them like the plague!

Extremely poor service; both by members of the staff at the station; and by the investigation team... Although they are some (younger) officers who patrol Middlesbrough town center on the night that understand today; more than the older generation

Took forever to be checked in due to lack of staff, sat in the transport for almost an hour finally got to the reception desk to be told I'd missed the dinner menu and would not be reimbursed after refusing a wake up call I received one almost every hour finally checked out after a rough night sleeping between 2 Co-accused" customers to be told transport was unavailable"

Absolute waste of time the only thing the police are good at is bullying. Falsely detained and no explanation or apology and everyone you speak to is rude and arrogant. These people are suppose to uphold the law. Instead they use it to intimidate people
