Visited today but the lift not working so my husband was unable to shop on the upper floor as he is a wheelchair user …. Attitude of staff including management was appalling

The cafe at chadderton has a young man working there. I asked him his name...DECLAN.Excellent service from him. Watched him asking customers if all good. Its a busy place he was extremely pleasant and professional. I am there often, nice to see a happy face.

Staff go above and beyond customer service at this store. Special thanks to Chris who helped me massively when the lift has been out of order on several occasions lately (I struggle getting on and off the moving escalator so Chris stopped and started the escalator allowing me to get on and off in a safe manner) and Nicole who assisted me down the stairs carrying my shopping for me - assets to your store!

£9 for 2 Rustlers Burgers, staff are amazing and the actual place was perfect. Got no complaints, even the Burgers were nice, HOWEVER, they were 100% Rustlers Burgers.

I like this store! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The lower floor is mainly clothing, thers a large baby department, a small toiletries & makeup with some electrical beauty products . The Upper floor is home entertainment,home & Garden ,Toys,Electrical goods,books and more. The customer toilets are on the upperfloor they have designated Disabled and baby change facilities. There s a lift to the right of the entrance at the back of the store & also a cafe on the upper floor which is nice but a little on the expensive side. Free parking and Click & Collect is also available at this store.
