The Nook at Risby Barns
What a pleasant surprise. At first, we realised that the little place here had changed hands and had a refurb. Having loved it before, we were a little wary but we needn't have worried. The tea was nice and the panini was delicious and served with a salad garnish and coleslaw, all very nice. I'd no room left for even the smallest of cakes, not that they do 'small' cake, so next time I will try the cake. A very nice selection, nice, friendly staff and a nice environment. Well done guys, we'll be back

We had my Nans wake here on Friday. The Cakes and the sausage rolls were definitely a hit. The owners were fantastic. Thank you. :-)

The ploughman's is amazing and been back many times for the same with work colleagues and family members. Always a great craic with Daryl & Maria (and staff) who are very attentive and professional. Highly recommended local café - which we promote at Risby Greens FC too having also gained very kind match day balls sponsorship from The Nook. Cakes are brilliant too btw!

Its always nice to find an independant cafe/tea rooms while out and about, the nook has recently opened at Risby barns, serving good tea, cakes and hot food. The ham and cheese panini was lovely, nice strong melted cheese and good quality ham, with side salad, crisps and coleslaw was so filling, set the day up nicely for mooching round the barns.If you find yourself hungry its well worth the trip out to Risby.We are frequent visitors to the barns so i dare say there will be many a cake eaten at the nook

Very nice cafe, lovely coffee, cake and sausage bap. Very nice polite staff. Recommended, if you go to Risby for the antiques pop in to this Cafe its worth the visit.

We came here recently after seeing good reviews on Facebook, they did not disappoint, we had a cooked breakfast which was lovely followed by cake!Although they were very busy we didn’t have to wait long.Friendly staff and nice atmosphere!
