A well stocked gym. Equipment is in good condition or noted for repair. Cleaned well and nice environment. Staff are excellent. Dave & Ben we’re especially understanding and helpful. I was visiting for a long weekend and really enjoyed my workouts here.

Southampton central is an easy located/clean gym. Staff + managers are always friendly and happy to help you with any questions about fitness. Classes are really good if you’re looking for effective workouts without feeling awkward in the gym. Would recommend to anyone !

The prices are great but it has a classic gym problem - around 30 treadmills, yet only few benches, and it's literally just 1 curl bench

This gym is alright overall. Quite spacious, a lot of different machines ready to use. Great access to personal trainers and I have contacted with one which I am very pleased with.Couple of bits I'm a bit upset about. The front entrance sometimes smells of urine, from the inside. The toilets are rather smelly, but it is expected, as they are used quite a lot. The vending machines give false hope of being in service, but when you try getting something it says Out of Order"

Such a friendly gym that has always made me feel so welcome and comfortable, which is always the number one thing I look for. Staff and the manager in particular always go above and beyond to help and create a great, supportive atmosphere. 10/10!!

A very sociable gym. PTS take classes and training seriously and are also very friendly and accommodating. Emilys hiit class on Wednesdays is really good and any classes ive ever done with Dave have really pushed me

Trainers were the bestI am giving one star only because of the cancellation procedure they madeThey ask you to send an email or do cancellation process 4 days before the end of your membership and also it says even if you do that they still may charge you for another month till they finish the cancellation processThey could make a very easy process to cancel the membership but they didn’t because they want to make things complicated for costumersWorst Gym managementI have ever seen in my life

Biggest gym group gym I've been to. Sometimes gets busy in the afternoon so would recommend going between 10am-4pm. Quality equipment considering what you are paying. I pay for the yearly student membership and it works out at around £16 a month for access to 2 gyms, allowing me to go to a gym back at home also. Didn't see many staff so can't comment on that. Overall a very enjoyable workout.

1. Well Equipped2. No staff no aid for clearing any doubts3. I found bathroom is not very clean.3. Though equipped, I don't see a calf raise machine!!4. People using the equipment are mostly on phone not allowing others to use it.5. Crowded, but you can use equipments if you plan your workouts6. Liked the atmosphere. But could have improved the experience!
