Lady was rude when we only ordered 2 teas. She didn't want a table occupied as she was expecting a lunchtime rush, which didn't occur. All the time we spent in there, tables laid vacant. It she wasn't so rude, we would have had lunch.

Tasty Tasty Tasty!! I absolutely wolfed down this delicious Avocado, Salmon, poached egg toast. I almost didn't managed to take a photo of it because I wanted to eat it so quickly! Very reasonably priced and the owners are so friendly and polite and make you feel at home! A great cafe!

My daughter and I decided to have breakfast this morning, something we don't often get the opportunity to do, so we went into butterflies and was greeted with a nice friendly welcome, from which I now know was from the owner. We decided to have the small breakfast but no beans for me. It was cooked fresh and was very tasty, it makes such a change to feel welcome when you walk in to a food establishment. I would highly recommend butterflies as a place to go for food. Thank you, we will come again when my daughter and I can as we both lead busy lives and really enjoyed our breakfast and time together.

Lovely little cafe at top of main street in Minehead. Sat outside and watched the hustle and bustle of this ace market town in Somerset. The apple crumble cake was delicious. Great service and modern decor with a touch of cute ....

We visited here on a day out in Minehead. The cafe is very pretty and inviting and staff pleasant. We had cream teas £5.50 each which were presented lovely but unfortunately the scones lacked fruit. We were also overcharged by 50p so maybe worth checking your bill.

We booked Butterflies Cafe, for my friends hen do. Bev was amazing, keeping in contact all the time, decorated, and got balloons for me to decorate the room. There was 28 of us altogether, so we had the place to ourselves. They made us our very own special cocktail. The afternoon tea was amazing and so delicious. Catered to everyone's needs. We were able to play games and we had such a good time. Thank you to Bev and your team.

Myself and another person came into butterflies on Monday for a quick lunch. We ordered drinks which arrived quickly. We ordered the soup of the day (vegetable) and a BBQ chicken toastie. We waited 25 minutes for our meals and yet, it was hardly busy there. When it eventually arrived the soup was stone cold as well as the toastie. As we had been waiting so long we just ate it as we were in a rush but we were very disappointed and were not satisfied with our meal. We would not recommend.
