Gemma has been a lifesaver for me, after years and years of doing all the wrong things, I have finally found something that works for me and my hair removal. Having PCOS and all the unwanted side effects has really knocked my confidence, but Gemma has given me that back with her skills and knowledge of electrolysis. She had guided me through the process and has been so helpful and patient with me! Not only has she helped with the hair removal, but she's also recommended various skin treatments and routines to help clear and refresh my skin as well. I honestly can't thank her or recommend her service enough. She is so friendly and accommodating and immediately put me at ease, with a problem that I wouldn't even leave the house with! I wish I had found her so much sooner!

Such a doge company I never seen in my life.I been there about 3 weeks ago. Paid for consultation which was 30 minutes. She was just talking rubbish all she said to me was carry on with your laser and then come and do electrolysis.Imagine did I pay £40 for you to tell me this like I didn’t know myself?She took few hair out as patch test and that was it. She took £40. They are rubish

Amazing results!12 months ago I booked my first appointment with Gemma for a patch test and everything was handled professionally as this was my first time using such hair removal service.12 months later (as of posting this) I barely have any hair left in the area which i asked for it to be removed from and pretty much never have to shave again.The environment is comfortable and if you are not having work done on your face, chatting with Gemma is very therapeutic and makes me come in and leave feeling better. So its like you get a talk therapy session for free too in that instance.Thank you so much for everything Gemma, you are absolutely amazing and glad to have found your excellent service!

Both Gemma and Maria are so friendly and I’ve seen great results with electrolysis. The hair is efficiently removed without scarring or scabbing. Highly recommend!

Gemma is an amazing electrologist. I’ve been doing sessions with her for about six months now and have made great progress. She’s always made me feel at ease, especially at the beginning when I was so nervous and full of questions.She is brilliant, I’m so glad I chose her. Her pricing is also very reasonable and much more affordable compared to larger clinics and she is very flexible and personable!We spend every session having a laugh, a joke and a chat which takes my mind off the pain :)

I’m been Gemma’s client for about 3 months now and I can highly recommend her as she is very skilled, works quickly and it’s not very painful. I decided to start a career as electrologist as well so I reached out to her to coach me and help me with my technique as I can see she is very good at what she is doing.
