i ordered a biggest burger meal which was cold, regular size and got a bag of cold soggy chips and extremely watery cola on tap, he gave me a bottle of pepsi which was better, the whole place needs some tlc with broken chairs and trip hazards on the floor.

Best chilli burgers ever!Updated from the worthing branch 19/10/2023 Poor service. Burgers overcooked and dry, poor fries. No straws. No change. No milkshakes after ordering one, unable to refund the difference.

Really disappointing. I ordered a Texan burger and choc milkshake but received soggy chips, a spicy burger and a vanilla milkshake. Ridiculous. Will not be spending another penny here.

Had a chicken burger last week and thought it was slightly chewy and pink inside when eating it. Wasn’t quite right so I threw the other half of the burger away… Only just recovered from being violently unwell with food poisoning all week. Absolutely awful. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Never felt so unwell! Completely unacceptable

Late night i felt hungry so i searched about burgers i found Uncle Sams hamburger so i decided to give it a try , I surprise this was delicious and the burger was large, and the bun was amazing and fluffy , the onion rings was really good.I recommend this restaurant and for sure i will come again .

The guy does not pay his drivers on time and makes out that he doesn't have any money when he drives top of the range cars and then talks rubbish about his staff on the phone and in the store which a lot of customers have seen and heard. I feel sorry for the drivers. One chef, Raj, goes on his phone then doesn't wash his hands before handling raw meat. Please guys do not eat here or work for him there are better places to work for or have food at in Worthing.I know drivers who have not ever been paid and some still waiting for the wages to come in drips and draps when they have blls to pay and families to provide for. No sane person would believe this a suitable way to run a business and keep any employees.Just Eat / Uber Eats / Deliveroo etc. Should consider removing this establishment as it will cause them to have a bad name also.

Too unpredictable. Acceptable at the best of times. I have been overcharged by £8 in here previously. Tonight, they got 3 out of 4 burgers incorrect. We had to build our own burgers to correct the mistakes. At £28 this is really not good enough. I ordered in person and couldn’t check the order until I got home. The place wasn’t even busy. If you want a decent burger, don’t order from here.
