Lady who works here is possibly the rudest person I've ever met. I came in here to post a parcel and will not be returning for any reason after she was very rude towards me. I would rather travel a little further to a shop where someone will not be rude to me.

I will never step foot in the shop again. Wouldn’t let me pick up a parcel I had delivered there. They said it was school time. It takes 30 seconds. That’s my property and I’m entitled to it. I will be collecting from elsewhere. What a waste of my time!!!

They are listed as a Hermes print and parcel shop. I've just walked miles there and trying to find another as the lady serving told me they are not.

Walked 15 min to the shop in -4C there to top up my gas as i run out, only to be told they already turned off the machine, because they want to close early. 40 min before their closing time. Got told once it's off they can not turn it back on, and they have no idea where else can i have it done. But they surely would happily sell me a bottle of expensive booze to benefit them.

A store run by one of the most obnoxious little man I have ever met. His staff are the same.After printing a returns label I asked if there was a bin I could place the rubbish in only to be told that he is not my rubbish bin and there is a bin outside on my way out.I am surprised he is still in businessIt does not cost you to greet people with a smile
