Really nice, friendly & polite staff. Would definitely use again. The person who served me was called Kelly & her colleague(didn’t catch his name) both have only been there two weeks and are doing an amazing job. Would recommend.

Great service and very friendly staff member called Leiggna,. High standard, excellent rate, nice location. Leigna has offered me the extras, and informed me about another branche that is close to my home address. I believe Eurochange will overtake all high street currency bureaus including the Postoffice.

I used the King's heath branch and was served by a lovely gentleman by the name of Tony,he was patient and explained everything about my exchange rates in a way in which I understood so polite and genuinely made my whole experience easy, with a huge smile on his face,fantastic member of staff,and he did this all in no time at all, he was brilliant,would definitely recommend this branch to friends and family.

Needed a top up of Mexican Peso, rang Leigha who was brilliant , packaged all the low denomination notes for me put it to one side and I bought them at the internet rate and collected in the hour. Excellent service , well done and very personable.
