Didnt actually use them as i managed to fix my washing machine myself, but saying that when spoke to them they was very honest with their pricing and very honest with what the issue could be based on the model i had, they seem to be very knowledgable in their field so if i did have a issue these are the guys i would use.

Tony was able to respond promptly and get my washing machine repaired quickly. He was incredibly professional with valuable knowledge and expertise. It was great having a friendly chat too, he explained what he was doing and advised on future machine maintenance. Top job!

I saw a great review of Tony's business on nextdoor.co.uk, so when my washing machine stopped working I called him. Before proposing a visit, he first advised me to do some pre-checks of the socket and the fuse. Hey presto his advice was right -and he got my business for life! Really impressed.

What can I say? What a guy! He came out the very next day (not the same day as he was on Grandpa duties. Totally acceptable). Fixed the problem. Went above and beyond - took off the kitchen cupboard door, shelf and back panel. Brilliant. Tony is my go to guy. Thank you
