We would like to thank you for making our special day even more special. The customer service was first class from start to finish. Berni was very speedy in her replies to emails/calls and made us feel very special. We wanted the exploding balloon for our first dance, however the room we were in the ceiling were too low to have, so Berni came up with and alternative which was even better and we still got our exploding balloons. Brought the incorrect number of sashes to a friend of mines wedding, lied and blamed hotel staff insinuating that they had stolen them, argued (days after my friends wedding) about giving a partial refund for the mistake, then, used my friends name in a dispute on facebook, despite this being a breach of article 4 of the GDPR eu2016

These ladies literally saved my sanity by stepping in 2 weeks before wedding. They did an amazing job of decorating the venue, and lots of people commented on the ballons above the dance floor. I would highly recommend them, professional and value money.
