Great place. Trust them and they get the work done quickly. Will not go anywhere else. I've been to dealerships and they just rip you off. These guys which actually find the problem and fix it.

Superb service, as always. Saved me what would have been a few hundred pounds higher bill if I'd taken it to BMW! Great garage, highly recommend them.

The tow hitch on my car came loose. We were in a strange town, we did not know where to go. We found this garage on the internet it turned out to be a good choice. 2-hours later my car was repaired at a reasonable price, they were also very friendly.I recommend them very highly.

Steve the owner is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I went in with service lights on the screen and a few other queries and he spent the time to go through each issue. He went over and beyond to then teach me how to use iDrive and check for any faults / system details myself. Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

i dropped my car at emtec on 19th december for investigation as the engine had seized. i had no communication from emtec till 3 weeks later. they took my engine apart and gearbox off for ‘investigation’. i got very bored of waiting and concerned that i was being mugged off (i was correct). I was not happy and wanted to take it elsewhere as they were taking ages and ignored my calls. 11th jan i arrived to pick my car up, paid for the them to ‘look at it’, they wanted more money to look further into it and gave me no indication as to what my issue was. in emtec they told me my car had been drained of its oil and to not engage the clutch. i went to check my car to find the gearbox, clutch etc in my boot along with my injectors disconnected and propshaft held up by cable ties. i expected my car to be in the same condition i dropped it to them in (in one piece) so i got it recovered from there home and found that diesel was leaking everywhere. i then got hit with a £100 fine from the recovery company for the diesel spills all over the trailer and the road. i have attached pictures as proof. do not go to emtec. emtec when you read this id love you to refund me for this poor service and sort yourselves out. 0/10

I called in to Emtec this morning on the off chance they could help get my X3's wheel nuts loosened. I was having new tyres fitted elsewhere and they had refused to force the nuts as they said they were on too tight. Not only did Emtec drop tools for me there and then, they loosened the wheel nuts with no problem and were polite and friendly too. It's local garages like this that deserve 5 stars with great customer service!

We've had our BMWs and Minis serviced by the highly professional team at Emtec for the past few years. They provide an excellent, honest, friendly and highly skilled service. I've even started taking my Mercedes there as the gents also have excellent knowledge (and main dealer training) on older Mercedes Benz cars.I was most recently thoroughly impressed by the time taken, great explanation and costs involved in diagnosing and repairing issues with both turbos on my E91 335D. Can't recommend highly enough; without them the car would probably be getting scrapped. Great garage- Thanks Gents.

I booked my car for repair because my roof of my convertible BMW was not closing. They seen it ,within an hour they called me to pick up my car. It was very reasonable price for repair. I am pleased.
