The Gold Centre

Absolutely shocking place, was told over the phone that they need to see my scrap silver before pricing it, on arrival I was told they can offer 10p per gram !I had few kilo of it so trip to Birmingham paid off and ended up with 50p per gram. I am not sure who left positive feedbacks, as price I was given was beyond joke. They literally offered 1/5 of scrap value. Very disappointed I've wasted my time by going there, FURTHERMOVE dissappinted in all those positive feedbacks I've based my trust on, looks like business feed on people who dont know what they are doing... btw this review is not FAKE.

Popped in with a small bag of old broken gold collected by family over many years. I didn’t have a clue what it would be worth and was pleasantly surprised. Excellent service and expertise! Really put me at ease, thank you!

Our first visit to The Gold Centre, wasn't sure what to expect but was immediately put at ease when greeted by Jane. Extremely professional and seamless experience from start to finish and chose to sell a gold necklace and bracelet, which has been sitting in a cupboard for years to go to her uni fund. Thanks again and we will be back.

I took some gold jewellery to sell for my mum and the service was excellent. I was greeted immediately by Jane who was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the price I was quoted and how easy the process was. Customer parking right outside is very convenient too.

I visited The Gold Centre today and was greeted by Jane. She was extremely patient with me and all the gold & silver jewellery I brought in to sell. Even though so many of the chains were tangled up and hard to untangle, Jane didn't mind gradually going through it all. Nothing was too much trouble. I was extremely happy with the service and the price I received for all the jewellery I bought in. Jane and her colleague (who helped when she could) were stars - So friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them again and have already recommended them to a friend.
