lovely barista called seth (brown hair and glasses) efficiently handled queues full of people for the entire time we were there, very friendly and welcoming, nice drinks and food

I should have known and walked straight out after I'd seen the look in the eyes of the queue waiting for coffee.The service here was a disaster. No surprise the team had all taken off their badges so as not to get feedback. The entire debacle seemed to be made worse by the tall blonde woman who didn't make eye contact or coffee apparently. She managed to simultaneously look very busy and achieve nothing.20 minutes later I got my coffee to go so I didn't have to watch the incompetence any longer.

I have been a number of times in the last couple of weeks and each time I have been disappointed with the selection of cakes, only 3 available, slow service and lukewarm drinks. I thought it would have improved after the refit, but it seems to be getting worse.

My morning routine use to start with Costa cappuccino and toast. It’s very crowded and noisy place but still the coffee forces everyone to keep coming. Very testy cappuccino friendly staff members. Convenient free parking.

Not to my liking on the price and also the staff was rather in a foul mood. Coffee was made with aggression will not be coming back.

Undoubtedly the most efficient, welcoming and friendliest Costa I've been in. Mangage to find myself in there almost every day. Busy, yet always ample amount of seating both inside and out. Immaculately clean and always nice and cool in the air-con on a hot summers day.

Awful experience. Took about 25 minutes to just get a coffee. Staff served coffee to people who had their orders taken after me. I was just ignored. Eventually had to complain, their response was rude. They chucked a millionaire shortbread in a bag at me and when I said I was eating in, the lady stormed off. The Area Manager should be ashamed. They blamed it on their receipt till not working and said they were understaffed. Costa will lose customers with this bad customer service.

Waited a while to be served by only one lady behind the counterLots of other staff members looking incredibly busy whilst not really doing much and ignoring the queue of customersThey were all tidying and cleaning, I guess they all just wanted to get home

Great place to have a coffee or a bite to eat very friendly staff with very good customer service skills I highly recommend this place if you are shopping in the area .
