The Wedding Shop

I found using the wedding shop extremely frustrating. Items can take three months to be delivered. Sometimes you wait a few months only to get an email saying the item is no longer carried by the wedding shop, which means re-ordering and waiting another three months for a replacement. A year after my wedding and I've almost received all items. Also the search function on the site is very hard to use. If you search 'glass bowl' it will give you all results of things with 'glass' in the name, and all with 'bowl' in the name, so you spend a lot of time looking through items that are not close to what you're looking for.

Read the other reviews before using. I would strongly advise against. Delivery and timing issues, full RRP prices much more expensive than John Lewis or similar, overall terrible value.

Great experience at this showroom - hard to find but put totally at ease on arrival, had a lovely chat with Thirza who was very helpful. Showroom is not huge, but it's useful to have Selfridges obviously to start shopping in as soon as you walk out the door.

Very frustrating. Some of the items came damaged and we have had no response yet as to how we can replace them. We also have outstanding funds with them that they haven't transferred over to us (no idea why). Still waiting for an email reply a week later. Avoid

Wouldn’t recommend using them at all as we had lots of issues (key ones below). Lots of our friends have got married recently so to anyone looking for a registry I would recommend using Prezola or another company - seem to be much betterKey problems1) The website kept going down so our guests could not use it2) Months have gone by since we requested our items and we haven’t received anything and only now are they telling us some items are not available. Understand this isn’t always in their control but you can at least inform people
