Went in for new batteries in my watch. Guy said they didn't have 2 of the right Allan keys". Only one was needed and the place is full of tools. It was clear the guy just couldn't be bothered."

I usually buy my watch batteries here, as it's conveniently in the middle of town. I personally cannot do without wearing a watch each day, like your mobile I feel lost without it.This a great shop, u can have your engraving done here, they also supply beautiful door signs, with plenty of choice. They also sell key rings, watch straps & I believe u can also have your watch glass replaced.Altogether a great shop that's on most high streets ...

Thats 2 sets of keys weve had from them no lw that dont work... haste makes waste. Keys werent properly ground down after cutting, felt like razor blades... last set shredded the barrel was n our night latch causing it to fail... it would bring snib down when turning lock... too much of a coincidence that that happens first time using new key. Save yourself the hassle and go to caldwell wright instead
