Tidy hospital, friendly staff.Administration are a complete joke and someones head needs to roll.Travelled from Plymouth, stayed overnight the night before. Turned up for surgery to be told the surgeon was on leave. I was one of 5 patients this happened to.What sort of morons are making these bookings? Cost me 2 days of my life, hundreds of pounds, my partner 2 days off work and the reschedule will interfere with a new job start and cost me at least 2 weeks, possibly a month of pay. Im taking legal advice. A refund for expenses is not going to be adequate.

I had an oral surgery yesterday. I must say that I had an outstanding experience; the surgeons and anaesthesia team explained the procedure in detail and in a very friendly way, all the other staff members seemed very approachable and proactive… also very clean facilities.

From the moment I walked in for a a foot surgery I knew I was in the right hands. Every single staff member was beyond nice and understanding, from the lovely lady that showed me to my bed to the lady that escorted me out after the surgery.Special thanks to the anaesthesia team that kept me preoccupied and made it fun, and of course to my surgeon Dr. James Youngman who did an incredible job!Also, Charleen the nurse who looked after me post the procedure was incredibly friendly and professional. You are a star!Many many thanks!

Stunning new building. There a few places with such lovely and comfortable waiting areas.It is very organised, security and reception are friendly, welcoming and helpful.There is a prayer room and an “oasis” room which is labelled shown as a multi faith room. The restrooms are all very clean and attended to.

The hospital staff was very attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent care. The facilities were very clean and well-maintained. I felt safe and secure during my stay at the hospital.The hospital staff even went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They were very accommodating and made my stay as comfortable as possible.

I went in to use the multi faith room and was amazed to see a door with a ritual purification where I did my wudu in preparation for my salah. The room was clean. I then went on to the nearby prayer room which was sign posted with a male and female area. It was also well equipped with prayer mats, prayer clothes for females and a qu'ran if any of those items were required. It made my experience comfortable.

Absolutely amazing, every member of staff were so caring kind and just lovely. Nothing was too much, answered all my questions. I've had surgeries in a few hospitals and this is by far the best place. Very satisfied patient
