Enjoyed roast dinner at this friendly pub. Food was excellent and in plentiful supply, with excellent service to boot.

The Pheasant Bar & Grill
First time here as we were staying nearby.From tge start the staff were very pleasant and seated us straight away.Got our drinks quickly and lovely waiting staff took our order quickly.Food came and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were very attentive but not to over the top.After main course we had dessert that was yummy and beautifully presented.All the staff were very nice.Will definitely go back when we visit that way again.

Didn't have anything to eat as we had already eaten. Me and my daughter passed this pub and it looked so inviting we decided to call in for a drink on our way out. It felt lovely and cosy and the staff were so friendly. It just had a lovely atmosphere. We didn't want to leave but promised ourselves that we would definitely go back and have a meal there. Were really looking forward to it. Although I live in Retford my daughter lives in Stockbridge so it may be a few weeks before we can go back. But we will.

We have visited regularly over the last few years. Food is excellent, good quality and value. The biggest strength is the service! Always made to feel welcome and staff are very attentive. Thanks again for a lovely visit

Dined there yesterday evening 14th November 2023. We all choose the steak, (been there previous). Superb meal, including sweets, service, and ambiance of the Bar and Grill. The place to Go.

The Pheasant Bar & Grill
We had a family dinner at the Pheasant last week, including our 14 month old grandson, and the staff were brilliant. They were very friendly and gave excellent service, including offering to do the toddler's food first, which worked very well. The food was really good, from a varied and interesting menu. It was a great experience, which we hope to repeat soon
