Claire and Marie were fantastic from day one. In less than 2 days our house was valued, brought to market and sold. We are so pleased to have been able to secure our forever home.Claire was understanding of our circumstances and happy to do viewings without our house been on the market. This meant we didn’t need to put our house on the market without having found the house we wanted. Excellent customer service from start to finish.Claire is a brilliant sales lady who works all hours of the day and always at the end of a text or call.Marie was absolutely amazing at getting all queries sorted post sale and liaising between us and buyers solicitors (even when they were being extremely difficult to work with). Always at the end of the phone to help or vent to.Both lovely ladies to work with and so easy to talk to, no matter the situation. Would highly recommend to anyone selling their house, if they want a less stressful experience.

Such easy people to deal with, and definitely the way to go with estate agency as they actually do earn their percentage. Claire and Marie are an excellent team. I sold an ex-rental property at a distance, and I never had to chase for information or ask for help, it was all done cheerily and professionally. Claire was confident that with a realistic price and a little patience it would go and she was right. I’m sure the way they deal with people keeps buyers interested as they are more valued than with other EA attitudes. I can highly recommended this agent …. And I’m not usually a fan!

Claire has sold 2 properties for us now. From our first encounter with Claire it was apparent that she had great knowledge expertise and passion for her work. Claire listened very carefully to our needs and wishes. Claire probably isn't your 9 to 5 typical estate agent, she works incredibly hard ALL hours including after hours and weekends and what we really liked was how markets her properties and how she offers open days attracting buyers and gaining offers! It was absolutely seamless. CThis lady works her socks off for you! And I believe acts in your best interest to get the best sale.
