Decent work when you can get him, but not great at getting back to you/making any commitment and ended up letting us down.

Many thanks to Craig, Jason and the team at Craig Guscott Groundworks.The new single extension Groundworks started in difficult weather conditions in early January and we were then hindered with the already granted South West Water permissions around a sewer pipe on site not being one metre in the ground as advised but at a depth of 2.45 metres. Craig worked with the Structural Engineers at Exact and a revised design involving concrete pads and additional steels to protect the pipe was designed and quickly reapproved by South West Water and then all the necessary work put in place underground before the concrete foundations were laid.The team were always very accommodating updating us regularly and tidied the site every day. The new area is now finished to allow the extension build to start and future new patio to be laid.I can thoroughly recommend Craig Guscott for your groundworking needs.
