After travelling down from scotland in the car for many hours I was glad to have a stop and a hot drink here. I have to say the standard of customer service was outstanding and Sue,Maisie and Molly could not have been more accommodating when asked lengthy questions about type of drinks ss my sister was uncertain. I cant recommend this staff enough i hope they are acknowledged for the hard work they do by higher members... thank you once again for making my trip so much more easier..

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Gave up waiting for my coffee after half an hour and got my money back. Ok, I get that the machines break sometimes, but at least tell your customers they’re going to have to wait over half an hour before taking their money. Then we can make an informed choice about whether to wait or go elsewhere.

I have to say I go here a lot and today I was really annoyed by the service I received!! It’s not cheap to go here the amount we do, and so service is everything. Emily is absolutely AMAZING!! The service she gives is spot on! Always gets our order right, always happy and smiling, genuinely a lovely lady.. and so is sue, both are diamonds. But I find the other staff I have been met by seem like they just can’t not be bothered what so ever! It’s really annoying! And today TOM greeted us and honestly he was just awkward and rude.Why? What was gained from making us feel so uncomfortable!Take note from your fantastic colleagues Emily and sue on how to treat customers in a leading role actually dealing with customers Tom! Or maybe don’t do the job!Because next time I won’t hesitate to confront you on your rude behaviour.

The lady who took my order was lovely, but the barrister who made my hot chocolate was miserable, lazy, and unprofessional.She finished serving the person before me, then, instead of making a fresh drink for me, used the same milk. My drink was a tepid chocolate, not HOT nor chocolatey. She then made my daughter's drink but didn't mix it, so it was bitter.Not the sort of service you expect when you pay top prices!

I like to spentime with friends there sometimes, they have big varieties of sandwiches as well cakes but unfortunately some of the stuff are rude don't know if because of their stress shifts between the drive through and in the caffe or just they are like that, that happened many times and with all people I know. Again and again the Caffe is not fully cleaned. In my opinion they should have more stuff when it's crowdedEditingThe stuff are becoming more kind and welcoming and apologising for the long wait, but the place is getting dirtier and dirtier. The fridges are so dirty from the inside where the cakes and muffins are exposed to such a dirty place. The toilets as well unclean,moreover the floor always not cleaned and the serving station full of coffe dripping. Imagine a barista serving you with a dirty apron, oh my god. I go there with friends but I ask for my drink to be in a take away cup but my last visit I saw flies over the coffe machine so I cancelled my drink and just sit with friends chatting. Ypu need people for cleaning guys, seriously. I won't go there anymore if the situation will stay the same. By the way I hope some of the boss go undercover there to see and discover his business soon . So shame

Visited here on a stop off from a long journey. We have a very small pet very well trained. There was no notice on the door to suggest dogs were not permitted and on entering a store person rushed to the front door to tell us dogs were not permitted. His tone was less than customer focused and Starbucks pet policy mentions that access is permitted at the discretion of the store manager. However it seems no consideration was attempted. We got a coffe and sat at the outside tables which was filty and made us feel uncomfortableA lot of people pass this route and I just feel the store could do better
