Responded promptly to our enquiry and provided the most detailed quote. Paul and Chris were a great crew, explaining what they were doing at each stage. A couple of extra bits of work needed doing but these were clearly explained and quotes given in advance. The work was done quickly and professionally and the place was left tidily at the end if esch day and at the end of the job.

We had a complete roof replacement in October 2022 and from the start of the process until the work was complete everyone we dealt with was efficient friendly and professional. We had a number of quotes from different companies but J Williams stood out from the start,good communication, prompt response to our many questions and helpful in sourcing the materials we wanted to use. Once the work began it was the same, can’t praise the lads that did the work enough,polite friendly and hardworking. Our neighbours had their roof replaced at the same time as us and both of us were over the moon with the quality and finish of the end result. We were that happy with how everything had progressed that we had them back for some additional work in January 2023.

Excellent work to replace Soffits and Fascias on my house. Tom and Josh were great to have around and worked through some horrible weather. Highly recommend J Williams Roofing. We saw them working local to us and decided to give them a call for a quote. John came to see us and gave us the quote, with a written quote arriving by email later in the day as promised. Once we accepted the quote a date for work to start was agreed. Kay in the office emailed to advise when the scaffolding would be put up and, with the weather being good, work started on time. Steve and Scott were our team and were brilliant. They told us what time they would be arriving every day and didn't let us down. Jason and John came out to check how things were going. Fantastic company that I just can't fault at all. August we requested J.Williams roofers who were working with our neighbours roof. John viewed gave genuine quote within next day Dan and Lee came did perfect job only took 1-hour very tidy job efficient. Our tile looks absolutely amazing suits whole roof. We will definitely use J. Used Jason and his team to replace a flat bay roof, they did an excellent job and we therefore have used them again to fully re point the house, which they have again done a great job. The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble, Jason stayed in touch to make sure we were happy. Staff cleaned up daily and on the final day did a full deep clean. We would not use any other company to carry out any further work we may have, good honest, genuine people who you can trust to do an excellent job.Thank you Jason and the team.
