We've been to Easy bathrooms twice for two different rooms. Liam and the team have been excellent. Making recommendations, working with us in tight and awkward spaces and even showing us the room digitally in VR. We can't thank the team enough for their help in making two beautiful bathrooms.

It’s easy for any company to be good when helping you to part with your hard earned cash. But these guys are always good through no fault of ours or the product we needed to replace a toilet seat which we had brought bathroom from here 3 years ago, couldn’t been more helpful ordered arrived 3 days later phoned as promised. Sadly it was damaged nope no issue proper sincere apology re ordered 3 days later sorted less £50 but treated so well from start finish. We won’t hesitate to re order our 2nd bathroom from here in next few weeks there. Guys you deserve to be successful and thank you as always your all brilliant

Absolutely excellent experience, if you are one of those people who can't envisage what your bathroom would look like remodelled, then this is the place for you. The staff especially Liam is super helpful and full of ideas. Many thanks, let's see how the materials and furniture last...but first impression spot on...

Very impressed - bought cloakroom toilet basin, taps tiles etc in 2022 and toilet seat has since broken - no quibble- they are replacing it as in guarantee period .. very impressed with the Norwich branch - thank you !!

They were helpful but tiles are only delivered twice a week and we weren't informed of the dead lines for orders, so we had to wait a week!
