Fantastic! We arrived in the middle of the night ! Car gets scanned ! Staff greeted us and told us where to go next ! I drove to lane 4 went in the room and another member of staff helped us to book car in it took minutes! Then we caught bus to the airport that fast ! An amazing business taking the stress away from your arrival and May be from a long drive ! Very well priced well organised! Well done guys !

New procedure for dropping off the car.Seems to work well.Only picked a car up once so far, and was a little confused by the procedure, but I got the keys back OK.Car seems well looked after.

I've been using it a few times a year this place. Very good price, staff helpful and polite. I never had any damage or other concerns about items left in the car. I'm not sure what it is in the current situation about customer toilet. Shuttle bus always clean, drivers helpful. It takes about 10-15 minutes to drive from carpark to airport. On your return, if you missed your bus, you need to wait about 20 minutes for next. So it's a lot of time to grab hot coffee or snacks.

Left my car with these cowboys for 5 days and when we returned home, I opened one of the rear passenger doors and saw a bullet sized hole in the body of my car. Somebody at the car park had dented mr car, then drilled a hole on the inside to stick a tool through to push the dent out. Despite numerous attempts to encourage the car park to come clean and review their so called 24 hour CCTV, they denied all knowledge and never reviewed the CCTV footage or let me review it. Given they didn't even attempt to find out if this was the work of one of their employees, this leads me to believe that this is how they run their business. Please do not use this car park and risk the very expensive repair bill!

One of the best services we use when parking our car to go away with. We have used the drop and go service where you leave your car keys, we've used the park and go where you park up and keep your keys. Never any fault with the service we have used. Buses are regular to go to the airport. Amongst the busier times the buses can get full pretty quick.

We arrived back at 2.30am to discover the car was not where we had left it despite taking the key with us. No warning or explanation. After walking up and down pressing the key fob its lights eventually flashed in a totally different spot. Turns out they had moved it on a flatbed! My previously reliable car had a problem on the 2.5hr journey home and is now dead. 2 garages cannot find the cause. Strange that it has never had any issues before this. Even if they didn't destroy my car it is not acceptable to move vehicles about in this way without permission or prior warning this may happen. If you still want to risk it I will say check in was easy enough as was the transfer to the terminal.

This place was really easy to use for me and my friend who was driving to London Luton for us to go to the airport by the shuttle bus, we arrived and because we booked ahead, we just needed to show our email and then we gave them the keys to the car before getting the shuttle to London Luton airport. It was smooth and simple.

I have used this and other car parks all around the UK for more than 25 years, and I have never had a driver who had slammed the door on me like that. He saw me running towards the gate as I noticed that the last few passngees were climbing the stairs and rushed to close the gate on me. There was plenty of time for me to embark on the bus and I even politely asked if I can get on the bus. The bus driver just shook his head and closed the bus door too. Pity that you have such inconsiderate employees. It's freezing cold outside !
