love love love this place! all the staff are so nice and friendly, the decor is beautiful, attention to detail when doing designs or just full sets in general is always top-tier. i literally travel an hour on the train just to get my nails done here! never had an issue, nail retention is the best i’ve had too

I'm from NYC and I frequent London for work, I'm here about every other month. I'm super particular about my nails and my one annoyance on these long trips qas not being able to have a salon I trusted here. This completely changed when I found Artisan Nail Spa. Not only is the staff super kind and creates a totally relaxing experience, the nail artists are incredibly talented. Everytime I go I am blown away and super pleased with the talent and cant believe how affordable the servives are. On top of that, I've never had a problem with chipping or short lasting nails. I am totally committed to Artisan Nail Spa as my London salon of choice. Highly highly reccomend

I wanted a clean up of my nails and cuticle then a very simple nude colour. I should’ve taken a before photo as this after photo doesn’t do the nail tech justice. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming. The nail spa itself is decorated beautifully. Cannot wait to have a pedicure next time in those luxurious looking chairs.

I visited this salon for the first time yesterday and at first I was absolutely pleased with my nails. I had SNS powder applied and French tip with gel colour. Unfortunately, my nails did not even last a full 24 hours before the gel colour started to peel and SNS powder layer began to crack. 6 out of 10 nails are now either cracked or the colours had peeled off, only a couple of days after getting them done. This is a huge shame as I really loved the initial outcome, and I live far from the salon so it is inconvenient for me to return to get this issue rectified.

Wonderful service. Very kind, patient, gentle and polite staff, who are also highly skilled. Shellac manicure and pedicure have lasted over 3 weeks - better than anywhere else I’ve been, including my more local spa nails where I have previously been going for a few years! Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. I should have taken a photo at the time when they were newly done, but this photo shows my nails 3 weeks later - as you can see, the shellac is still well adhered to the nails and neat, despite swimming every day and filing down to keep them short how I like them!

I had one of the most amazing experiences at the salon . Tina transformed my feet from feet you couldn’t touch because of too much hard skin to soft and even skinned feet . First experience in my life and it was worth it . I intend to have this treatment once a month now . Such a great feeling all day .

Was able to walk in and they did my nails exactly how I wanted them then and there. Lucy was lovely and the premises were immaculate
